Cole Solis Jativa is an Ecuadorian interdisciplinary artist with a passionate lens in printmaking, papermaking, book arts, and poetry. She is a recent alum of the MFA Printmaking program from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Environmentally conscious, her mediums hone in on a start-from-scratch mentality. Conceptually, her Latin American background and American upbringing tether the duality of her bilingual and multicultural nature. With this in mind, she embraces the dance between poetry and visuals.
